People at Rows are really lovely to work with. They always have a smile on their face to help each other to solve difficult problems or even take important decisions.

Rows have great managers who do not measure efforts to make everyone feel heard. My manager always asks important questions and doesn't give up until I feel comfortable.

Rows is a very disruptive product with exciting challenges to solve every day. It's definitely a product that has so much potential to make a huge difference as a low/no-code platform.

At Rows we're developing a super complex product with new challenges every week. Everyone is always working hard to find the best solutions, to improve processes and making sure we deliver the best features

It's possible to work 4-days per week (with salary adjustments). If needed, we can be off for hours to help family members. Bad days come to everyone and the team is super flexible and helpful in finding ways to help us make the best out of this situations

THere's a nice yearly learning budget and we are challenges by our managers to take some time to tackle issues, find bold solutions and study new tachnologies. In addition, we have regular hackathons which are always great opportunities to learn and share cool things

There is a clear career progression path and your manager helps you define goals to achieve, outlining your strengths and weaknesses to work on, to improve your career.

You have the flexibility to manage your work schedule as you see fit, and you can work fully remotely or go to the office. You can also take sick days, parental leaves and unlimited unpaid holidays!

There is an all hands meeting every month where the product goals and finances are shown, as well a the next quarter objectives, with Q&A. The founders, managers and HR are very accessible and if there is any concern you, you can talk openly about it.

I've reported A LOT of bugs during my time working for multiple different companies but what I got to learn at Rows will stay with me forever. We report issues in the Given-When-Then scenario but I also got to learn a step more there with "bug minification" which just has transformed my life now.

People here are super kind and accommodating. They're not dismissive of your opinions/thoughts — even when it doesn't always align with what their own thinking is or with the overarching company goals. They never shut down any conversation but rather try and see how to best get it to a meaningful conclusion.

While not everyone would be happy all the time, with every single decision, its more important to have an avenue to voice any/all thoughts you may have either about the product, general growth, company culture, leadership etc. and at Rows you get to express it all.

Working at Rows is very challenging and rewarding since you're getting deep into technology. Having implemented charts in Rows as well as re-working the grid technology has pushed myself to levels I didn't imagine I would achieve.

Rows is undoubtedly very flexible with working hours. As long as you fulfill your expectations, you can work on a flexible schedule. In engineering, we don't have many meetings -- and when we do, they're concentrated on Mondays and Fridays --, which makes this achievable.

Rows is aware of its comparison to other companies and benchmarks. I've received a raise shortly after joining because a benchmark showed that Rows wasn't paying as well as it wants to.

I've been working at Rows for the last 2 years, and I must say I couldn't be happier. I'm working in a team where our mission is related to the performance and reliability of our platform. The work is super challenging every single day. However, with our senior team, the work is easier to do and you get to learn something new every day.

One of the first things we learn at Rows is about the team's autonomy. Each team has a mission and all the work done by each team should be a step in the right direction toward this mission. All the teams are autonomous to pick and deliver the work they think will cause the greatest impact on customers and therefore on their missions.

The team is composed of super senior people. This alone is something very important that allows the teams to be autonomous. However, there is another positive aspect about this: by having the opportunity to work with really smart people every day, you manage to learn something new, constantly. This is something that really motivates me.
