Regular catch ups with line managers where feedback is always given. We also give 'snaps' to colleagues when they do a great job which we all receive every week. Nice to hear such great feedback about our performance! We also give weekly compliments to people in our stand up.

When starting my role, I only had junior experience in my field of work and was really thrown into managing the full employee lifecycle. The freedom and autonomy to learn new skills and processes has really allowed me to grow in my role much faster than expected!
