Formerly known as SAMY Alliance, the company has rebranded to simply, SAMY, uniting all of its acquired agencies under one identity. This marks a huge step forward for the company to offer end-to-end social marketing services for global brands all under one name.
At it's core, SAMY helps some of the world's biggest brands (like Disney+, Sony, Nestlé, Kia, and PepsiCo) stay relevant in a fast moving digital world. They boast over 900 experts in 20 offices across 15 countries, so they certainly do it well.
Alongside its rebrand, the company recently secured a major investment from Bridgepoint, who took a majority stake in the business. This deal comes after a year of rapid growth, including several strategic acquisitions and the milestone of €100M in annual revenue. With this backing and a growing footprint in key markets like the US, Europe, and Mexico, SAMY is very much gearing up for even bigger things.

(COO)Caritina has been with SAMY since 2014, initially joining SamyRoad as an Account Manager & Head of Customer Success. Since then, they have held a number of roles and became COO in 2025.
