Saga's mission is to give visionaries the high-end tools and support they need to turn their blockchain dreams into reality.
Saga is a recent addition to the growing blockchain technology startup scene. Its protocol allows users to automatically launch single tenant VMs onto a dedicated blockchain that comes furnished with validators and security structures.
As the sophistication of blockchain technology develops in leaps and bounds, it's hosting an increasing number of projects. The problem is, using overburdened blockchains can result in prohibitively high gas fees and transaction times, resulting in lower throughput and performance.
The opportunity to host projects on unique, lightweight blockchains offers greater flexibility for upgrades and adaptations - which, as more projects move onto Web3, is likely to prove enticing. Saga is in its early days, having received seed funding in 2021 through 2022, but in theory stands to make an exciting and fertile contribution to a flourishing tech space.
