To deliver a revolutionary new way to pay and get paid for construction and development projects.

Our take

Saible sets out to disrupt the way that construction projects are funded, with a platform that makes the process simpler and safer for funders and developers, as well as for contractors and subcontractors.

Through Saible, developers can create accounts for each of their projects, in which funds are held in "virtual escrow". Upon approval, the whole supply chain is paid in parallel, helping to ensure that money goes where it was intended to. For contractors, the platform guarantees fast payment upon the completion of a job, and protects them from the risk of another party going bust and owing them money.

With this two-sided approach, Saible stands out as a promising solution to the complexity and risk currently associated with financing construction projects. The platform is currently in Beta, and it will be interesting to get more insights into its development in the future.
