Company mission

Santus' mission is to normalise the conversation around mental wellbeing in the workplace and make proactive support more readily available at work.

Our take

Learning and development courses are common in workplaces, with employees taking part in e-learning, team-building exercises, and other business optimization activities. Despite this, employers often fail to support the well-being of their employers.

Sanctum provides one-to-one well-being coaching for employees, embedding it within learning and development activities to support every employee mentally through their career. All sessions are confidential and held by qualified and accredited coaches, with regular check-ups and ongoing support being available between each session.

Whilst many employees struggling with well-being in their workplace tackle the problem through exterior counseling, Sanctus has been smart to recognize that learning and development can go hand in hand with mental coaching to achieve a more holistic approach to employee fulfillment. The company has been shown support by brands such as Octopus Energy, Red Bull, and VICE, and shows great potential to empower employees and managers at all levels to lead with confidence.
