Im passionate about using the best possible technology solutions to deliver our business goals and customer requirements. Screach has afforded me that opportunity so that to date we are levaraging the latest in cloud technologies, frameworks and services to deliver our solution.

Screach has given me the opportunity to hone my skills by leading on new, bigger projects. My team had complete faith in me and of course helped me where I needed to learn some new skills.

As the business grows, and our work and capabilities expands, I have had the opportunity to work in areas I was previously unfamiliar with and learn from colleagues. Everyone of my colleagues at Screach is at the top of their game and I know we all learn from each other every day.

As a start up, we have a privileged position to lead our projects, wherever we are in the business. There isn't a culture of micromanaging, if you're passionate and want to achieve, regardless of your level, Screach is a great place to be.
