Searchlight has raised a significant amount of funding, most recently in a Series A round led by Founders Fund. This investment is being used to hire additional talent, double the size of the team, and to further develop the product. With companies struggling to find (and keep) the top talent, Searchlight's data solution is well positioned to develop into a significant business in this space.
