With a high training budget and lots of different projects to work on, working at Searchlight Cyber means I can increase my learning potential dramatically. Also with a team of experienced and highly educated members, I feel that I can lean on them to help me out in any project.

My manager and the managers above me not only care about the product, but the people behind the product too. I know, at any time, they welcome one-on-one meetings to discuss anything I might wish to discuss from problems on a specific project to more personal matters. Knowing you have a manager you can rely on, really makes your life easier.

Searchlight Cyber is genuinely making a difference when it comes to proactive cyber security. When I joined, my experience in the dark web was limited, but the platform is great and the people are incredibly knowledgeable. Now I understand how it operates, where we can identify threats, and how that information can help companies to protect themselves.

It is always great to work at a company that understands that life happens sometimes, and we might need to flex to support unforeseen situations. Flexible working allows me to drop my children to school or pick them up when needed, or start earlier/ finish later to accommodate things that can be out of our control.

When I first started my career in cybersecurity, I wanted to join the industry to make the internet a safer place for people to work and businesses to thrive. The work we do at Searchlight Cyber has genuine, real world impact, which gives a sense of fulfillment I had not previously experienced.
