The four day week, flexibility of our working hours and the amazing attitude to working from home, really makes it easy to deal with daily life goings-on. Being able to do my work on my schedule allows me to ensure a better job is done instead of being rushed.

Every single person on the team has a unique skillset, and is an expert in something to do with their role. If you're feeling a little lost, there is always someone willing to jump in and help out where they can.

We're constantly working on new and interesting problems, whether it's a new feature for our customers, or something internal to improve our processes. The rail industry in general needs a shake up, so we're encouraged to think and learn of new ways to do things.

I joined Seatfrog because I believe in the mission, the product and people. From the interview, it was clear this was a company who cared about the problem they are trying to solve, but they also cared about their people and the culture within the business. This was a team that wanted to improve the life of their users, their partners, the people in the business and the environment. It's a chance to make a difference on a huge scale. My experience at Seatfrog has been awesome. I'm so glad I got the opportunity.

There's not another product like this within the rail industry. Our partners love it and so do our users.

I can drop a note to the CEO and he's eager to hear my opinion. Time is never a barrier. Everyone of the exec is engaged and want to build solutions together. Just last week I suggested a change and it was presented to the company on the following Monday. How many companies allow you to do that?

Everyone's thoughts and opinions are given equal value; open communication and feedback are encouraged. The team here are really open to new ideas and listening to alternative views- no matter where they sit on the hierarchy.

As a startup we are constantly learning and building new products, which is challenging and fun (if you have the right group). Which we do. People are amazing, pro-active, and never hesitant to help.

We only work 4 days a week so work/life blend is great!

We have access to lots of wellbeing tools such as mindfulness apps, and therapy sessions, as well as 'no questions asked' days that can be booked at super short notice and don't come out of your holiday allowance - really great if you just need to take a day for your mental health
