Our take

Secret Spa aims to revolutionise the beauty and wellness industry by allowing users to have high-quality treatments at home. Given that the UK spends almost as much on beauty services as on takeaways or taxis, Secret Spa is uniquely positioned to build a meaningful business that transforms the lives of the freelance beauty professionals it works with.

The platform allows customers to book at-home appointments from 7am - 10pm with a network of tried-and-tested beauty therapists. Its treatments include nails, hair, make-up, spray tan, waxing, eyes, massages, and more.

Its success is due to its elite and top beauty professionals, the ability to book as many treatments as required in one appointment, and its out-of-hours appointment service allowing customers to never worry about squeezing beauty treatments into the working day. Secret Spa is a true one-stop shop for all beauty needs.

Secret Spa's flexible approach has won advocates such as Celia Walden (The Telegraph) and Sarah Jossel (Sunday Times Style), as well as thousands of other customers who value its seamless solution to beauty maintenance. While currently open in London, Manchester, and Brighton, it plans to open more branches both nationally and internationally to expand its footprint.
