To answer the need for finding actionable marketing insights in the internet information flood.
Having started solely as a social media AI monitoring platform used by companies to gain insights on brand perception, SentiOne has also successfully branched into the AI-powered customer service space.
By being able to process online chatter in any language, as well as enabling companies to more easily address repetitive customer enquiries, SentiOne’s customers are able to better manage their brand images while offering more responsive customer service.
While the AI monitoring and chatbot spaces are more populated than ever, SentiOne has something of a headstart on much of the competition, having launched back in 2011.
It’s already worked with a host of major brands including Nivea, McDonalds and Nike, partnerships which have greatly boosted SentiOne’s reputation and income as the company continues to expand globally.
