Our take

SetSail is aiming to change how sales people are compensated. The company pay sales staff commission for small wins throughout the sales cycle instead of one payment after the sale closes. The system uses machine learning to understand when a sale is moving forward, so that the business can reward their reps for hitting these milestones.
