At Shopventory we help the backbone of America - the small businesses. And, to me, that's extremely rewarding. Whether it's someone who has owner her gift shop for 25 years and is launching an online or a new coffee shop owner who needs more organization. We help them save time and grow their business. Plus, being a smaller startup I really feel as though I can make an impact - not only on our customer's lives but on my teammate's lives as well.

The company hires well, and this has lead to a great work environment culturally speaking which includes recognition of great work not only from the leadership team, but from anyone within the organization.
