Our take
Sigma Labs trains high-performance technology consultants across software, data, and platforms. Sigma recruits promising graduates and provides them with intensive training that builds skills in full-stack software and data engineering as well as commercial and soft skills.
This results in the delivery of high-potential technical consultants for their clients, an approach that's both cost-effective and lower-risk. And after a 2-year development period, consultants can join our clients at no cost.
Sigma Labs operates in a crowded space, alongside more established players like FDM and the Kubrick Group who have trained tens of thousands of consultants each year. But Sigma's mission-driven approach and focus on social mobility stands out.
