To build the best browser for productivity: a browser that works the way you do, and makes you organised without you worrying about staying organised.

Web browsers have remained largely unchanged in the last decade, and for many professionals, they can be slow, unresponsive and impractical. SigmaOS solves this problem with their innovative new web browser.
SigmaOS is a web browser targeted towards "knowledge workers", who have been traditionally underserved by existing web browsers. This previously untapped market, which includes founders, researchers and content creators, could prove highly lucrative for the company. Compared to traditional browsers, SigmaOS is faster, more streamlined and less cluttered, and comes with a range of unique tools, such as the ability to "snooze" tabs.
The web browser market has long been dominated by Google, Apple and Microsoft, but SigmaOS's focus on productivity-led design should allow it to attract users away from more established browsers.

The company is very supportive of physical and mental wellbeing, providing £200 per month to spend on something good for your wellbeing. I use this for my gym membership, classes and spa days as examples of what you can spend it on.

All employees (including the founders) are encouraged to take part in the weekly retrospective meeting. Nothing is private or too off-the-table to bring up in these conversations. They are safe spaces where we can all speak out about our thoughts and feelings during the work week openly, without judgement while looking for ways to improve in the coming week.

I joined SigmaOS feeling very much like an unconfident beginner/junior developer to now feeling confident in my vastly improved abilities. I was really thrown into the mix of debugging, developing new features and UX/UI straight away, but it never once felt overwhelming or that there was any lack of support from my team. I have learnt so much in working at this company and it has not even been half a year! I had the benefit of being mentored by both the CTO and CPO who were both very supportive in my development as a developer and both great a teaching on the job.
