Sinergise

Slovenian-born Sinergise is a software company that has been working within the increasingly vital agritech sector since 2008. The company develops spatial data management solutions for land administrators and agricultural organizations using a GIS editing framework named Giselle.

• Customer centric - Sinergise strives to earn and keep its customer’s trust. It doesn’t develop technical solutions, it solves customer problems. It believes that deep domain knowledge is absolutely necessary to understand its customers and find the best solutions for its problems.

Simple solutions should be easy to understand and maintain. It can always make it more complex later if needed. But, simple isn't easy and quick and dirty is never simple!
• Responsibility - There are companies where people walk past trash on the floor in the office, leaving it for someone else to pick up, and there are companies where people lean down to pick up the trash they see, as they would at home. Picking up the trash is the metaphor for taking care of problems, big and small, when you see them, never thinking “that’s not my job.” Sinergise tries hard to be a company where everyone feels responsible to do the right thing.
