Our take
The 2023 property market is an unpredictable and volatile sector, and investors, insurance and real estate companies are constantly looking for ways to make the right business decisions. Skenario saves property companies time by providing AI-enabled data services that can inform and help companies make sustainable and savvy decisions.
Skenario’s services are separated into finance and real estate. The former offers portfolio monitoring, automation for predicting investment choices, and the environmental impact of emissions. The latter offers onboarding, risk management, and process streamlining services, offering scaleable solutions for varying sizes of businesses.
With several rounds of funding behind it, Skenario is scaling its operations and expanding into additional European markets with an initial focus on Central Europe.
