Our take

Founded with a focus on the integration of refugees into European labour markets, SkillLab is now a technology company assisting all job seekers that are in need of career support.

Using artificial intelligence, SkillLab helps people discover their skills and connects them to relevant careers and education. Founded in Amsterdam, the company operates in over fifteen countries and has grown its market position after its innovative use of AI was recognised with the Google AI Impact Award.

Despite expanding its services to cater to all job seekers, it hasn’t forgotten its original focus on work with social impact, recently partnering with Humans in the Loop to improve the employment and education prospects of forcibly displaced people in seven different countries.
