To revolutionise the way we manage travel and handle business trips.
Traditionally enterprises arrange air travel through a travel management company. While capable they are expensive, sometimes inconvenient to contact and, as an external business, difficult to integrate into company processes. SkyLink offers an easier way for enterprises with an AI travel assistant that can arrange everything related to travel from a company Slack or Teams channel.
Compared to travel management companies, SkyLink offers vastly improved response times and greatly reduced costs, while providing real-time data on bookings to its customers. These capabilities of AI virtual assistants have not gone unnoticed by competitors, though SkyLink stands apart by targeting its solution for enterprise businesses rather than individual travellers.
SkyLink is currently developing its product in a closed pilot program, partnering with selected clients. Its next move will be to expand its client base with enterprise customers. If AI can deliver the efficiency and savings SkyLink promises it may well grow into a disruptive business in the travel management sector.
