Since Smartline International launched SmartSurvey in 2010, the company has grown into the UK’s most used online survey and results analytics software for businesses.
By all accounts, the company’s timing was just about perfect, as the turn of the decade saw surveys for purposes like market research, employee satisfaction, and customer service move from paper or telephone-based to online and cloud-based.
