Our take

Since Smartline International launched SmartSurvey in 2010, the company has grown into the UK’s most used online survey and results analytics software for businesses.

By all accounts, the company’s timing was just about perfect, as the turn of the decade saw surveys for purposes like market research, employee satisfaction, and customer service move from paper or telephone-based to online and cloud-based.

In the years since its launch, SmartSurvey’s customers have included the British Government and the NHS, as well as huge brands like Mercedes-Benz and Harrods.

With its position at the head of the market intact, and the need for quick-to-deploy surveys and questionnaires pretty much ever-present for enterprises, SmartSurvey looks well set for the future. In fact, as companies head further towards remote working and online customer engagement, there could well be a period of fast growth ahead.
