Company mission

To organise the world's accessibility information to remove barriers to opportunity for disabled people everywhere.

Our take

Poor accessibility represents a significant barrier to disabled people, and has a severe impact on their quality of life. Sociability aims to solve this problem with its innovative accessibility app.

Sociability was founded by Matt Pierri, an experienced lawyer who specialises in disability law. The app allows users to find quick and reliable accessibility information, making it easier for disabled people to find accessible places. Users can also share this information with friends and contacts, further promoting social inclusion. Sociability was officially recognised in Toyota's 2020 Startup Awards, which was a significant vote of confidence in the company's work.

With more than 1 billion disabled people worldwide, the potential market for a solution such as Sociability is enormous. In 2021, Sociability strengthened its ties to Toyota by partnering with Kinto (a Toyota subsidiary). This sort of partnership will help to ensure Sociability's continued growth.
