Sous Chef's founder Nicola Lando has leveraged her experience of working in a Michelin-starred kitchen to bring professional level ingredients and cookery goods to consumers. Since its launch, the company has gained impressive traction in the media, which has allowed it to scale its customer base quickly. Sous Chef has also worked hard to grow its range, and now offers over 3,000 artisanal products. This makes the retailer one of the largest of its kind.

Sous Chef will need to maximise its high profile and grow its product range further in order to continue to attract new customers, and to beat out rival retailers. If it can do this, Sous Chef will make impressive gains in the years to come.
