Since the rise in hybrid working, the necessity for more flexible and temporary workplaces has grown exponentially. Offering a suite of options to create adaptable working environments is Spacemade, a flexible working design solution.

Spacemade not only offers a service for customers to purchase memberships, day passes or longer term contracts for its partnered co-working spaces but it sets itself apart with the other arm of its business. This supports landlords and building owners flip their space into an attractive co-working hub, from initial strategy to the marketing of the developed space.

Spacemade now has over 10 locations across London, Leeds and Birmingham and continues to scale the landlord support offering. With a sustainable focus and an alternative approach, the company is well set to make an impact in the space.
