We have great people that have previously worked on great companies. All of them bring new ideas and experiences which are welcomed by the management team. We continuosly learn from all the people.

Ever since I joined sparta I have have had the opportunity to greatly affect the work we do here. I was able to propose process changes to the product team and CEO and they were not only heard but applied. In our team we are continuously trying new things, some work and some doesn't but the most important thing is to keep testing and the team is engaged on the process

I have worked on many other companies, remote, hybrid and full face to face and when I joined sparta, two months later I was going skiing with some of my coworkers. The people here always have a smile and they are willing to help. People is fun and whenever we have the chance to meet face to face we do so happily

Sparta is super fast growing, it's a great time to get on board. As a marketer my job is made easy by the fact that the product essentially sells itself most of the time, all I have to do is put it in front of the right people.

There is such a wide variety and concentration of both technical and product knowledge at Sparta and people have been incredibly willing to explain things and give useful feedback to help me grow. I’ve already learned so much in the short time I’ve been here and I really appreciate being able to work with such experienced and knowledgeable people! There have also been opportunities to work across teams and to be exposed to different aspects of engineering

Sparta is fully remote and apart from being available for some core hours to enable collaboration; there's plenty of flexibility to work around your needs and obligations. There is also office space available for team working and available for use when needed

Once a month we hold a forum for frontenders and another for backenders that helps us share all the ideas we have and give everyone a voice to take their ideas into account.

We have total transparency in communication and once a month the board meets with the entire company to communicate the status of the company, the plans that are underway and allow if there is any question to be asked anonymously or personally.
