Our take

Spectrum.Life has grown into the largest service provider of its kind in Ireland, providing both digital and on-site wellbeing support for the workplace. Because of the pedigree of its founders and leadership, who have built a network of health and wellness companies under the ‘Spectrum’ name, the company has found much success since its 2018 foundation.

Growing rapidly throughout 2021 - both in Ireland and the UK - as more focus was given to workplace mental health, the platform's growth in popularity saw it raise funds, increase staff and invest in R&D. Yet more funding will allow the company to further develop and scale its platform, including by adding new features and resources, as well as invest in expanding its team.

  • Health & Wellness Contribution - Our employees’ health and well-being is paramount to us. Each month our employees can avail of a Health & Wellness reimbursement to the value of €25.
  • Death in service policy - Spectrum.Life is committed to employing the best possible standards in its duty of care to staff and employment practice. In the unfortunate event of a death of an employee who is signed up to the insurance policy, Spectrum.Life recognises the need to balance sensitivity with the practical need to administer pay arrangements during a difficult time for their next of kin.
  • Service Benefit - For each year of service worked, employees will accrue an additional day’s annual leave for the following leave year.
