To help employees learn their tools and navigate process changes by accessing answers and enablement resources in real-time, everywhere they work.

Spekit is tackling the difficulties companies face in embedding new tools and 'best practice' ways of working across their workforce, especially within remote or dispersed teams. Spekit offers a centralized platform which educates employees on how to navigate day-to-day tools (e.g. Salesforce CRM for a sales person) whilst simultaneously reinforcing ways of working (e.g. playbooks, policies). By integrating with the daily tools that teams use (e.g. Salesforce, Slack, Outlook), employees are able to access all the information they need to perform their roles successfully in their natural flow of work.
The premise is interesting: that training for new tools is faster and more intuitive in the context of using the tools themselves, not through presentations or guidance manuals. With some studies suggesting up to 5 hours of productivity are lost each week to queries on how to use new tech, and SaaS companies often introducing this kind of crucial new tech at pace, Spekit’s solution seems likely to make a real difference to the speed and scalability of onboarding new staff, or re-training existing staff.
Various industry-leading companies think so too, with remarkable growth for the platform, and the addition of customers like Southwest Airlines, Uber Freight, and Databricks. With more tool refinements on the way, Spekit is fast becoming an important training platform.
