Our take
Today, employees are spending most of their working hours searching for and sharing information, be it responding to messages or chasing progress updates. But the way in which this information is shared is broken, with employees struggling to identify relevant information, in turn losing time, causing repetitions and misalignment.
Spoke is using artificial intelligence to utilise individual updates in the workplace, from information sharing to keeping teammates aligned and stakeholders in the loop. Spoke is focused on creating order for employees and keeping them focused on what really matters.
Integrating with tools already utilised by workplaces, Spoke collects data via progress updates and, using AI, gives employees a summary of the work ongoing in the team to give them the context they need for the work they're doing. It will be interesting to see how the company fares once it has fully launched.
