Our take

Reaching out to customers directly in the form of mass-sent letters, e-mails, and phone calls is a common practice for businesses. However, customers now value personalized engagement much more than mass marketing, preferring to converse with businesses directly on their chosen communication platform.

Statflo has developed a one-to-one messaging and customer engagement platform for businesses, facilitating personalized messaging based on customer data through preferred platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. The platform is also fully compliant for customer outreach and can be integrated within existing systems such as Salesforce, Adobe, and MS Dynamics through SDKs and APIs.

Whilst other startups provide customer engagement solutions in the form of personalized chatbots, Statflo stands out with its heavy emphasis on personal data compliance whilst still providing a personalized approach. Furthermore, Statflo's ability to let customers choose which platform to receive personalized messages on allows the messaging service to outperform existing e-mail solutions by five times.
