To solve the universal need for businesses to guide customers, users, and employees more effectively.
16% employee growth in 12 months
Paris-born Stonly was founded in 2018 as a help content platform that assists support and product teams in creating interactive step-by-step guides for their customers and new employees. Assisting in areas such as customer support and onboarding, Stonly’s software is implemented across the world for companies such as Telos and Univision.
With digitization now a key focus for many companies, the founders of Stonly identified a vital gap in the market - that this mass-digitization of sales and products meant that customers would rather walk themselves through processes like training and product integration. Stonly has a large arena of competitors that include ScreenSteps and Polka but has elevated itself via no-code technology that is accessible and easy to integrate into existing programs and platforms. The company also has a slight lead on other companies as it has been selling software since 2018, well timed for the boom of digitization and remote work.
Stonly has seen considerable growth since 2020, having received considerable funding. Stonly has grown to five times its size since 2021 and continues to use its funding to develop its product and acquire more international clients.
