To make creative fulfillment attainable for everyone.
The demand for online learning platforms has skyrocketed in recent years. Where a lot of entrepreneurial attention in the space has been directed towards vocational courses like coding, Monthly’s courses focus on unlocking creative talent.
The company’s differentiator is the specific mix of community, tools and structure in its courses. For example, every one of Monthly’s courses are 30 days, meaning attendees actually finish the course, usually with a creative project to show for it.
The startup has already partnered with a number of influencers and celebrities in the space such as Mark Rober. It is looking to scale up this approach to widen its appeal amongst attendees.
Despite its unique approach, to say the online learning industry is crowded would be an understatement. In order to deliver long-term success the priority for Monthly must be quality content, something it has thus far managed to consistently deliver.
