To create a global community of students who can motivate each other to succeed.
Everyone has a different take on how remote working impacts productivity, but many people swear that having other people around makes them work harder. Studystream aims to give the benefits of group working to those at home.
Aimed largely at students, and in response to the growth in online learning and working in recent years, Studystream offers group study ‘rooms’ - a zoom call in which tens, hundreds or sometimes even thousands of people can work with a vague feeling of scrutiny that they say motivates them to keep going.
It’s a unique model, and aimed squarely at Gen Z - wanting them to have Studystream in the background as a helpful alternative to Netflix or Twitch. It seems to have a large audience too, with over 4 million users in their first few months alone.
