Our take
The ongoing changes to business culture are creating an environment where sustainable businesses – those that prioritise value for all stakeholders including employees, society, and the environment, as opposed to only their shareholders – have the opportunity to create economic value through these practices. However, it can be difficult to build a sustainable business, with limited tools available to support companies in this goal. Sustainable Seeds combats this by delivering Sustainability as a Service, with a range of products to aid sustainable businesses in managing and improving their operations.
Sustainable Seeds serves micro businesses, social impact enterprises and sustainably managed companies, helping them to grow and succeed by building sustainably from the start and creating lasting business structure. Its products include Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), SaaS, automated and live key performance indicators (KPI), as well as information management and digital customer service; and serving Accounting and Management, Operations, Communications, Human Resource and Development.

- Pioneering work: We have a plan and good, tried tools. Nevertheless, we will do many things together for the first time. Our tasks are always varied and challenging. This also means that there is a lot of freedom for design and for your ideas.
- Remote first: We are currently working exclusively remotely from several cities in Germany and Europe. In the future, there will also be an office in Berlin, so that it will again be possible to talk at the coffee machine or have a beer together on a Friday afternoon.
- Family friendliness: We know the problems of combining childcare and professional life, especially in COVID times, so that neither one is neglected nor one constantly exceeds one's personal limit. Therefore we support flexible working hours.
