Our take
With infrastructure and city planners' relationships with water treatment and sewage changing in line with the climate crisis, SwiftComply is a company offering tech solutions that help organizations keep up with changing laws and legislation.
Offering a personalized, all-in-one compliance management solution for water utilities, SwfitComply originally focused on water usage in restaurants and other service businesses. This was largely due to Irish founder Mike O’Dwyer’s experience on Dublin City Council reducing the size of grease and oil-rooted fatbergs. The company’s services are used by businesses in 9 of the 20 biggest cities in the USA and offer workflow automation, Fats Oils and Grease (FOG) compliance programs, and rainwater and snow runoff reduction programs.
With a suite of solutions under its belt, SwiftComply has many bases in the industry covered. Having received several grants and rounds of seed funding between 2016 and 2019, the company continues to grow as societal relationships with sewage treatment and water quality become an increasingly prevalent global issue.
