More than anywhere I've worked before, line managers and senior management are so active in ensuring everyone is growing and challenging themselves, and giving opportunities for junior staff to progress. In just two years I've gone from a junior employee to becoming a line manager myself, and having seen both sides I just love our culture for helping people grow.
