Our take
Swivel is a recruitment platform helping companies hire GenZ workers faster. As the UK's first video-powered job marketplace, it aims to create a fair hiring experience for both companies and candidates.
Swivel uses video profiles and AI in order to shortlist candidates for interviews. According to the company, its AI algorithm is very effective, matching the right candidates to jobs with a 90% success rate. What's more, its product cuts interview no shows rates by 33% and allows clients to save around £2,000 per hire.
The current priority of the company is developing new features in order to make recruiting through its platform as intuitive and easy as possible. The company is funded by Antler and already counts Weezy, Gorillas and Drop among its clients.
