It handles all aspects of administration, growth, and technology used in fostering and scaling a community, and at the same time provides personal support to its customers' management in strategies which could affect community growth.
Sylva has attracted a solid client base including the likes of Foodboro and Newsletter Crew and has raised a significant amount of funding, which it is using to further develop its product and scale its operations. As companies become more aware of the value that an organic community can hold for their operations, Sylva is in a good position to grow into a significant business in this space.
