To be the construction site communication platform of choice, allowing teams to easily communicate across the supply chain.
SymTerra offers infrastructure, constructions and other on-site companies a co-working and communication app, which allows all levels of workers to easily connect, evidence work, and store information in one place.
The construction industry is often held back by information and communication gaps, and still relies heavily on emails, SMS and mainstream communication channels like Whatsapp. By connecting everyone in one place, SymTerra’s app allows all workers to stay in the know. To put it simply, it’s similar in purpose to Slack, but tailored to on-site workers.
SymTerra launched in 2020 and is used by major infrastructure companies such as MTR, Thames Water, and Transport for London. The fact that co-founders John Ryan and Sarah Crawley are both experienced project managers with a construction industry past has no doubt helped them make a fast start.
Provided SymTerra’s app remains as user-friendly and efficient as possible, the company stands every chance of growing at a fast rate over the next few years.
