Synapse's mission is to enable more businesses and their staff to learn and grow through its operations platform for learning and development.
Our take
L&D (Learning and Development) teams are invaluable at boosting the success of workforces through training and education. However, this can be an administrative challenge, particularly for large enterprises with multi-disciplinary workforces, resulting in a need for high volumes of training content, project planning, and reporting.
Synapse provides an all-in-one operations platform for L&D teams, allowing businesses to streamline their training intake, develop content within a shared platform, and optimize their project and capacity planning through a range of analytic and organization tools. The purpose of the software is ultimately to increase management visibility for L&D teams, speed up learning and optimize the impact that training resources have on workforces.
Whilst tools for hosting L&D content, planning training projects, and improving staffing and capacity visibility all exist independently, Synapse has been smart to develop an all-in-one L&D platform to remove the headache of managing multiple software platforms. Ultimately, the company aims to use this advantage to optimize the way that businesses can deploy and scale from L&D programs.
