With an offering from strategy to direct coaching with numerous business founders (T-minus Leadership Team), T-minus works with leaders at pioneering startups and corporates to build their businesses.

The company looks to keep up with the demands of the fast-changing business landscape (like pushing boundaries within gender equity) and the relevant demands on leadership teams. Business culture starts from the top so Tminus works with an ACE framework to explore and analyse the fluid sector. It offers its customers an evolving power source of programmes, assessments, strategic off-sites and coaching.

Since its founding in 2017, the company has had a roster of success stories with customers including The Guardian and Boots. It’s generally accepted that leaders and those in power within the corporate space risk straying from ethical principles due to the many demands and agendas placed upon them.
