Our take

Talent Clouds is a digital onboarding company that tackles the problem of wasted time in recruit vetting, employee engagement, and performance analysis. Founded in 2019, Talent Clouds joins the ever-growing trend of software companies developing onboarding automation and engagement platforms.

Based in England, Talent Clouds has several bespoke platforms that are tailored to the needs of education, health & social care, and recruitment companies. This shows that its technology is not a one size fits all deal, and it's a savvy strategy to tailor a product to specific industries.

Talent Cloud has its roots in the recruitment industry, having actually started life in 2015 as an on-demand hiring platform Go-Worky. The experience of its founders within recruitment no doubt led to the rebrand and onboarding software U-turn. Though Talent Clouds is small and still finding its feet in customer acquisition, its founding duo have lived experience within the sector that should help Talent Clouds grow strongly over the coming years.
