Our take

Remote working has become increasingly normalized in recent years, with more and more workplaces embracing the benefit of a remote or hybrid working model. But, with remote working being a relatively recent phenomenon, it has a few kinks to iron out. That’s what TalentDesk aims to do.

It offers software to manage the employment of remote freelancers from recruitment all the way through their employment. With a database of verified freelancers to choose from, hiring is made easier. TalentDesk also has a completely global pool of talent made accessible by using a third party to mitigate any difficult red-tape of cross-border employment. As well as this, they offer multi-currency payments, inbuilt workflow management tools and integrations with major pre-existing HR software like Xero, Sage and Quickbooks.

It has a dedicated range of customers, and looks set to keep growing as it rides the wave of the the hybrid working revolution.
