Talenthub is a great place to work - small team, but very different nationalities. Talenthub is great at making a career plan for its employees and makes sure to follow up on this, in order to give the employees opportunities to grow within the company or within their role.

We are a fairly small team, nonetheless have plenty of nationalities and are very diverse. Everyone's opinion matters at talenthub - and it doesn't matter what your background, nationality or traditions are.

We live in a world, where there is a shift within the power dynamics in recruitment. Recruitment is done more and more on Candidates' terms. However, there are still very few companies being aware of this, and therefore talenthub is helping companies both measure but also improve their overall Candidate Experience. Our tool enables measuring anonymous feedback from candidates in a recruitment process, which then the company gets access to for understanding how their candidates experienced scoreed across regions, countries, teams, etc.

Job seekers are not in the easiest period of their life and working to make their experience easier, better, more transparent while also helping companies get the absolute best talent is a win/win for me. That's why I like working at Talenthub.

The onboarding at Talenthub is super high-paced with a steep learning curve. The team is very welcoming though, and you can always ask questions. When you've completed the onboarding you will feel accomplished.

Being somewhat pioneers ourselves (in the field of candidate experience) we're very open to new tools and tech. Being preachers of data-drivenness ourselves, we also believe that being data-driven is the right way to go within pretty much every work area, so we're working with a lot of cool tech.

Many of us are internationals and not all of us speak Danish. This difference has never been an obstacle at Talenthub and everyone feels very welcome and respected here 🙌

Ever since I joined Talenthub, there has always been a steady growth in different areas (team capacity, clients, finance, etc). It doesn't seem like it is going to stop anytime soon!

No matter whether I needed help at work or in regards to my personal life, my manager has always been extremely supportive and made me feel understood and valued in any situation

There is no "this is what we used to do, so we keep doing it". The work is always challenging and the managers are great at seeing your strong facets so that they can include you in work that is never boring.

All of my collegues are super intelligent and that also gives you a great pool of information and knowledge that you both can rely upon but also learn and develop from.

Talenthub is a very international organisation where I have colleagues with a lot of different backgrounds. Every day we focus on having a very inclusive culture in the office. The language in the office is English, so everyone will always be able to chime in with a joke, knowledge or just everyday conversation.

I've joined October 2021 and it has been a high learning curve. You are given the opportunity and trust to perform, which results in great learnings day-to-day.

Our mission is just something extraordinary with a true believe in treating people better when they are in a recruitment process. Our mission of changing the mindset from traditional recruitment to candidate-centric recruitment is meaningful.

Since I joined I have the opportunity to work from wherever I am so I can structure my work after me private life and not the other way around like most companies.
