Our take

For around a decade now Talentry has been building out an end-to-end enterprise recruitment platform. It complements existing enterprise applicant tracking systems both pre- and post-recruitment, facilitating all aspects of candidate relationships from careers pages and events, to promoting internal mobility.

The ability to streamline all recruitment activities into a single platform is not only a smart operational move for enterprises. Offering smooth candidate experiences throughout the application and employment phases is likely to improve a company’s appeal in the hot EU labour market, where a talent shortage is seeing companies up their game to recruit and retain top candidates.

This has led to an increase in enterprise HR spending, especially on the systems side. Which means it’s a great time to scale up - and for Talentry, who already command a client list of major enterprises including Samsung, Vodafone, and BNP Paribas, this means going international. A recent merger between Talentry and French HR tech platform CleverConnect is likely to help both already-substantial players penetrate deeper into the European market.
