Our take
Talespin creates virtual, augmented and mixed reality workforce transformation solutions. Using its proprietary XR technology it brings VR-based learning and training applications to change the way organizations interact, train and update their workforce. This could prove even more valuable as remote working becomes the norm, rendering in person training obsolete in the future.
As immersive learning has matured and proven itself as a medium, the requirement for technology and content standards that advance its adoption has grown. Talespin's 2021 developed CoPilot Designer - an intuitive no-code editing interface - provides users with complete control over learning content, narrative design structure, and virtual human animations.
The business has partnered with Cornerstone OnDemand and is capitalizing on the fact that many enterprises have been forced to make swift changes in operations due to rapidly changing technology and the pandemic. Talespin's tools could prove irreplaceable in the challenge to radically upskill workforces, especially in "soft skills", that are adapting to these changes and moving towards decentralization. Pearson Usher partnered with Talespin in 2023 to deliver modules on Web3 applications in business strategy and other forward-thinking modules, exemplifying Talespin's influence on the future of work.
