Targeted Provision

Targeted Provision has a fast-paced environment because of the quick growth of the company but this makes it very exciting and means there is a large variety of tasks in my role. Everyday is different. The work is challenging and has helped me learn a variety of useful and transferable skills. Very exciting place to work.

There is a great culture at Targeted Provision. My manager has been very supportive and helps massively with my development. My opinions and ideas are always considered and I'm always encouraged to take on exciting projects. Also, they are very understanding of my family commitments such as collecting children from school etc.

I always get really useful and constructive feedback from my manager and shout outs for when a task is done well. Its great to get recognition when you have been working hard. It feels like hard work and commitment is always noticed.

Everyone who works at Targeted Provision is focused on keeping young people at the heart of everything whilst working towards creating a new minimum standard for vulnerable young people. This is clear in everyone's attitude, work-ethic and drive and is it heartwarming to see the results of everyone's efforts.

I have worked under a few managers and every single one has been supportive and has cared to make sure that I am able to perform to the best of my capabilities. We have regular 1:1 discussions and managers are receptive to any feedback for example training that we are interested in!

We are all encouraged to share our thoughts and opinions and regularly engage in useful discussions which lead to positive changes/outcomes.

We are consistently reminded of the impact of our work through success stories and positive feedback from the young people we support. Our tutors change lives, supporting young people in re-engaging with learning and transitioning back to full-time learning in schools, wherever appropriate.

Staff throughout TP are encouraged, at every stage of decision making, to give their input and look for ways to improve how we work. Feedback is always used to make more informed decisions which has led to great outcomes, improving efficiency and impact.

TP's network of tutors and our internal team continue to grow as we support more and more young people. This is an exciting time to join TP as there will be further opportunities to progress within the organisation.

A genuine commitment to the young people we support sits at the heart of the business. All decisions, at all levels, are based around what is best for our young people and raising the standard of provision across the country.

We're a fast growing organisation who aim to continually improve. We work hard to achieve the best outcomes possible and are always reviewing and optimising our processes. Additionally, no two referrals we work on are the same, which brings new challenges everyday. The team are given autonomy to find solutions, with support from the wider team.

The team are really lovely to work with. Everyone supports each other, and we celebrate each other's wins. The common purpose of providing the best support we can to our young people unites the team, and the flat structure creates an open and friendly work environment.

Working with nice people, people who are genuinely passionate about the impact their work has and people who will go out of the way to support each other is genuinely brilliant.

There is a real culture of celebration and recognition at Targeted Provision so that you feel seen and heard. Suggestions are welcomed from all team members, regardless of position. There isn't the same dated hierarchy that there is in other companies, which is really refreshing.

The company is truly led by it's commitment to the vulnerable learners we support. There is an added layer of motivation knowing that the work we do can change someone's future. This was the reason I joined the company and I haven't been disappointed.

Feeling valued and a part of the team is something that I felt pretty much as soon as I started working here. The team are always at hand to support when needed and the environment is open and honest so you can speak to anyone without judgment. Suggestions are always considered seriously and improvements can be seen quickly which makes me feel like my opinions do matter.

Working from home is one of the biggest benefits of working here as it allows for a better work-life balance. I find the team/managers to be supportive when it comes to sharing workload due to certain commitments or illness which is very much appreciated.

Day-to-day you can see how child centred Targeted Provision actually are and that everything does revolve around the young person, ensuring they are getting the support they deserve. This is a company I am proud to be working for and would highly recommend to others.

Targeted Provision really value each individuals contributions to the company, our voices are heard and changes are implemented efficiently, in order to ensure we are able to work at our best. The roles are challenging, and everyday is unique.

We have a heavy feedback culture at Targeted Provision, and we have reviews and fornightly check-in's to allow us to communicate any highlights or concerns with our managers. We also have weekly internal meetings, involving different members of the team at TP so that we can work collaboratively.

TP is extremely diverse, and people of many different backgrounds work here. Progression opportunities are also welcome to all and the environment is extremely inclusive.

We work with advanced technologies at Targeted Provision. Cloud based solutions are used for everything we do, which makes it seamless and simple for our knowledge base to be shared across the team and help fortify any shortfalls.

Autonomy is one of the core drivers of our success. Remote work is built on the foundation of a trusting relationship and our staff have thrived under the responsibility that brings.

My line managers are beyond supportive. They demonstrate continued support towards my career development and share an interest in our lives outside of work. The trust they instill in each of us at Targeted Provision is something I'm grateful for and has seen me flourish in my role.

I am always given opportunities to take on new projects and build my skills in different areas. I really enjoy this aspect of the work, as it's enabled me to grow so much in my role.

The people are brilliant, they are all so supportive and encouraging and I can definitely say there are people at work that I would deem genuine friends.

Management is always there to support, which is especially important when working in a remote role. I receive regular feedback and am never afraid to ask questions or for extra support when needed.
