The People Team drive a lot of initiatives to ensure our culture is central to all our work - even when we are busy and working remote. People, mental health, culture is always a key area for all hands or company conferences - everyday it seems it is at the centre of our work.

We are given the freedom to work within our teams to select direction that can most benefit the companies macro goals and come to creative solutions for the problems the company is facing.
