Our take

Founded in 1968, TelmarHelixa was the first independent supplier of computerised information services to the advertising industry. It has since grown into a leading provider of media planning tools and data integration solution in the digital space. TelmarHelixa's solutions are data agnostic, meaning that they have access to over 8,000 datasets, allowing for better segmentation of customers and multibasing using its proprietary algorithms to rapidly gauge frequency and reach.

In 2018, Telmar was acquired by Liiv, a company founded by Telmar CEO James Ingram. It has since made a strategic acquisition of its own, purchasing consumer insights platform Helixa, becoming TelmarHelixa. These acquisitions enable TelmarHelixa to offer enhanced data integration and market intelligence tools to its clients, while tapping into the broader customer base of its parent company. And partnerships like its 2021 collaboration with ID5 show that ,despite its long history, Telmar is adept at evolving and expanding it data-gathering capabilities in a cookie-less world.
