Our take

Templafy is solving an all-too-common, yet frequently overlooked, problem for organizations: disconnected content. When company content isn’t integrated to the applications where employees work, this can cause several damaging issues. This includes loss of compliance, a drag on efficiency, and ultimately a negative impact on business performance.

Templafy provides a SaaS cloud-based solution to B2B companies looking for a more efficient way of creating business documents. Their software is agnostic as it allows users to create documents from any application, including Office and Google Workspace, a clear benefit over its competitors.

Its larger enterprise focus has also helped Templafy carve out a market niche, and it has found ample opportunity to develop and grow since founding in 2014. In 2024, it launched an integration with Microsoft Copilot that should further broaden its appeal, with the platform already used by the likes of KPMG, IKEA and BDO.
