Organisations do not have enough tech talent to make the most of today’s opportunities. Tech is developing so quickly it’s hard to ensure even your existing teams evolve and adopt the skills they need. At the same time, talented people, with the potential to be great tech hires, don’t have the opportunity to learn and develop those skills. Ten10’s mission is to solve those problems.
Work teams and tech can be a match made in heaven or the victim of endless teething problems. It’s hard to keep your workforce up to date with the latest developments, which is why Ten10 has created its hybrid training and consultancy firm. Working off the understanding that even the most talented hires might not have the time or the space to learn new tech skills, Ten10’s mission is to solve the skills gap faced by enterprises worldwide.
It does this through its twin offerings - Ten10 Academy and Ten10 Consultancy. The Academy offers a talent pool of diverse tech talent who have been trained to meet the needs of a wide range of business clientele. The consultancy service trains up this talent pool but most importantly, offers its clients tailored business analysis, quality engineering and automation solutions. This ecosystem of talent and business empowerment has accelerated the operations of diverse companies, including Hobbycraft and CarbonQuota.
After a Buyout by Graphite Capital in 2020, Ten10 has expanded its operations into the US, where it will continue to cement its tech skills-elevating influence.
